The REFORMA National Conference Coordinating Committee invites REFORMA members to submit Request for Proposals (RFP) for the next two conference cycles.

The form can be filled in electronically within the saved copy of the google form. Or printed and then uploaded once filled out.

Informational Sessions
Register for one of three informational sessions via Zoom. Each session will cover the selection process, important points to remember, and general questions from attendees.
Deadline for RFP submissions is April 30, 2023.
